Johnson and Johnson  - Supply Chain Excellence Project Director

• Global deployment leader for OMP planning system deployment, supported by enterprise data grid. Full planning scope of demand planning, supply planning and production planning. On role from process design, through test and deploy. Project delivered benefits case and was delivered on time and budget. 

• Global program manager for SNC roll out for all inter company flows. 

• Global project manager for data lake reporting process to provide global forecast visibility And inventory. 

• Global project manager responsible for off shoring key supply chain work from Switzerland and UK to India with a 3rd party provider. 

Philips - Global Planning Leader

• Leading 6 global planning teams across $4BN NTS companies
• Responsible for supply planning, constrained MPS, S&OP and S&OE.
• Assignment as transformation lead for business unit improvements.
• Assignment as End-2-End Supply Chain lead across all supply chain functions

Prior to Joining JNJ in 2016, Will held various Supply Chain roles of increased scope and responsibility in the UK and Switzerland, both in manufacturing sites and regional roles.

Will holds certification in project management, CIPS, CILT and holds MSc in Supply Chain Logistics Mgt from Cranfield Management School, including winning the directors award.
